Riverbank’s Response to COVID-19
The well-being and safety of our customers, staff, and family is of the utmost importance to us and Vacasa. We want to let everyone know that Riverbank is remaining diligent in providing clean and safe accommodations and common areas for all that come to our property. In addition to our already thorough standards, additional housekeeping measures have been implemented to include cleaning popular contact points more frequently. These contact points would include items such as tv remotes, light switches, hair dryers, dresser handles, AC remotes, door knobs, patio chairs, etc. Our kitchenette units have always been equipped with dish soap and dish cloths for our customers to use for washing used dishes and utensils.
Having a motel with exterior entrances as well as having cabins and cottages with exterior entrances, our main office is the only indoor common area on our property. Staff in the main office will wear a mask when speaking with customers and will clean all popular contact points. We have switched from key-entry units to numeric code entry units. All outdoor common areas such as picnic tables and chairs will be frequently wiped as well. To abide by social distancing guidelines, we ask that any customers entering our main office to keep to our one-person-at-a-time policy in effect. We also ask that groups don’t gather on the property, and when we are able to open up our swimming pool, please keep to our social distancing protocol once we have them for this area.
As of June 5, 2020 and on, we can rent all units to in-state and out-of-state residents. We can’t wait to see all our new and return customers again! Be safe and healthy everyone, and safe travels!
